Michelin Stars In Their Eyes
We were thrilled to read that our clients Benares, Osip and Muse were among the restaurants awarded a Michelin Star this week. There were many other highlights too, including Hélène Darroze at the Connaught and Core by Clare Smyth achieving three stars. It’s such a huge achievement for anyone to achieve Michelin Star status, but particularly so during such a tough year!
Love is in the air – the best Valentine’s meal kits
With Valentine’s Day just round the corner, you can still enjoy a restaurant experience in your own home thanks to the ingenuity of the nation’s chefs. Over the past year restaurants up and down the country have adapted their offer to bring chef-made meals to our homes with DIY meal kits, and they are stepping it up for February 14th. Lu Ban teams up with Leukaemia Care for Chinese New Year cook along
Online meal kit provider, Lu Ban Kitchen, is aiming to secure 500 participants for a Chinese New Year cook along on Thursday 11 February. Hosted by Lu Ban’s executive chef Dave Critchley, the menu includes Lu Ban chicken in chilli, Chinese greens, boiled rice with cardamon and coconut. Vegetarians can supplement the chicken for an alternative option. The cost is £15 [including UK wide delivery], with £5 from every box sold supporting Leukaemia Care. Order you charity box here.
