Food Alert Compliance Membership is the culmination of all that experience and know-how, wrapped up in a complete annual support solution, designed to get you the expert guidance you need, exactly when and where you need it.

Our Membership package includes audits that are tailored to your business’ unique needs, training for your team, risk assessments and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP) development, incident management and an emergency helpline. In addition, you will have full access to our cloud-based safety compliance software – Alert65 – enabling you to manage all your compliance needs from one place.

Here’s how it works

When you come on board with Food Alert, our first priority is making sure that you’re getting the most out of your partnership with us. Your dedicated consultant will visit you and do a one-off session with you and your team to make sure you have everything set up to suit the way you do business.

The compliance-set up session includes personalising Alert65 – our cloud-based compliance software – to make sure it reflects your business and the associated risks. We’ll explain how to use the system to make sure you’re getting all of its many benefits, as well as creating your HACCP, Food Safety policy, Health and Safety policy and risk assessments.

You’ll also get the chance to sit down for a chat with your consultant, which is a great opportunity for them to get to know you, as well as answer any questions you’ve got.
